To adjust the Power Voltage Offset so that app better provides actual voltage of the vehicle
Tap "Settings"
Tap "Remote Starter/Hardware Settings"
Tap "Power Voltage Offset"
Tap either "-0.1v" to decrease the apps voltage readout or "+0.1v" to increase the apps voltage readout until it matches your meters reading in the car.
Tap "Confirm" when done
