Samsung s25 ultra Authentication error when signing in

During sign in to MyCar2 app on new android phones (Samsung S25 in this exact case) you may be net with an Authentication Error message. Ensure that the Time and date in the phones settings is set to automatic as it can cause this issue if not.


Check Date and Time Settings:
  • Samsung accounts require accurate date and time settings for security reasons.
  • If your device's clock is off, it can prevent authentication.
  • Go to Settings > General > Date and Time, and ensure "Automatic date and time" is enabled.
